Lake Street Suites opened in May 2024 in Silver Lake, WI and will be providing independent beauty professionals with a place to operate and grow their business.  Suite rentals enable you to have the convenience of a full-service salon with the benefits of being self-employed. You can easily make the switch like many others are across the nation with little to no down time. 

 

We have a limited number of suites available for Hair, Nails, Massage, Skin Care, Retail, Office space or any beauty-based businesses.

Lake Street Suites is located in the heart of the old Village of Silver Lake. The building was recently remodeled with a moody chic vibe and includes everything to meet the needs of a modern salon as well as amenities such as washer/dryer, wifi, breakroom, etc.
